I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the Orange Park area. The prices were affordable and the value for money was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to the mall and other attractions in the area. The rooms were in good condition, with basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, which was a nice touch. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered was satisfactory.

The shower head was very low, im not exceptionally tall, but it was difficult to shower.

The noise from outside was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming upon arrival.

The maid service took my flat iron and said they did not, but I know I left it in the room I stayed in and the management was extremely rude about the entire situation. I will never stay there again. No customer service skills.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room and the convenient location close to everything in the Orange Park area. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the parking was hassle-free. Additionally, the continental breakfast provided a nice variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff. They were friendly, honest and very trustworthy. I forgot to get my Visa credit card when I checked in, the staff made every effort to return it to me. I am so greatful.

There was no internet service both days even after I notified the office and Help Desk. The Internet Help Desk had no record of the motel. The motel staff was unable to state the problem except " the box is out". They were unable to print directions to the place I wanted to go.

The outdated television sets and lack of power outlets in some rooms are disappointing.

The staff was so nice and friendly. They went above and beyond. The pool was nice to have and tennis courts too. It was clean and we liked having a couch and hair dryer and iron and ironing board and fridge and breakfast.

The tub did not drain and toilet clogged. The place is a little run down so it could use remodeling.
